This Customer Service Associate will be the first point of contact at the customer care team for customers’ phone and email requests, about Fashion (ready-to-wear, accessories, and leather goods) and Watches & Fine Jewelry. 

Responsibilities:

• To answer daily phone calls and emails from customers about product requests, after-sales, complaints, store hours, brand information, repairs, etc.
• To respect Client procedure guidelines to ensure excellent customer services.
• To follow up with customers, boutiques, repair center or office until the client is satisfied and the case is resolved.
• To handle customers’ requests in the best interest of both customer and company.
• 5-day job; not involved sale and cold-calling. 
  .

Knowledge and skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, customer / concierge service or luxury brand.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong computer and typing skills and fast learner in computer software.
• Good team player and able to work well with different levels.
