Job duties:

• Assist the Manger in handling daily business operations with a focus on launching promotion and marketing activities
• Provide quality visual design for in-house digital projects, online campaigns and social media marketing
• Provide graphic design support for branding online and offline promotions
• Handle projects independently from design to production
• Participate in planning, implementation and monitoring of the sales and marketing programs and events to enhance the business of the online & offline store
• Develop marketing efforts to drive web site traffic and sales
• Improve site navigation and user experience
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing & PR initiatives
• Manage the membership loyalty program, all advertising and promotional activities for the online & offline store
• Handle routine administrative duties and regular report to the Manager
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year working experience in web and graphic design
• Diploma or above in Design / Web Design / Multimedia Design or related disciplines
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash and Dreamweaver, with knowledge in using HTML, CSS, JavaScript as a big advantage
• Solid skills in designing responsive UI, web-content layouts and assets, wireframes and prototypes, online promotional campaigns, animated banner and interactive newsletters
• Strong understanding of responsive design and usability best-practices
• Passionate in web design, with good understanding of current and future trends
• Work well under pressure, ability to adapt quickly to fast-changing priorities and able to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Less experience also consider
