Responsibilities

• Report to Financial Controller
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting system and standardize internal control procedures for new business units
• Supervise the finance team of overseas group companies
• Report and analyze the financial results on a monthly basis
• Work closely with different departments on budgeting and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with the accounting policies / local tax regulations
• Interact with external parties including auditors, bankers, legal and business consultants
• Participate in any ad hoc projects / assignments when required

Qualification & Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in financial reporting or audit function from a sizeable firm
• Strong analytical and excellent interpersonal skills, be a good team player
• Drive, enthusiastic, highly self-motivated, and able to operate independently
• Excellent communication skill and fluency in written and spoken English
• Frequent travelling to overseas group companies in the initial set up stage, mainly in Singapore
• Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
