Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the whole recruitment process;
• Work closely with business units to understand their needs, requirements and budget;
• Prepare JD & job postings, CVs screening, arrange and conduct interviews;
• Make offers to the finalists;
• On board and staff exit arrangement;
• Follow up visa application;
• Support in other HR and admin functions;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
• At least 2 years’ solid recruitment experience;
• Good interpersonal & communication skills;
• Independently, Proactive, Well-organized, Fast Paced;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
