Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary HR contact person within business for HR related enquiries and matters
• Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, PRC payroll administration, compensation, employee relations, etc. for China office 
• Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Prepare contracts and letters for PRC employees throughout their employment cycle, including new employment contracts, promotion letters, salary adjustments, written warnings, termination, etc.
• Maintain employee personnel records and manage leave records
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, PRC Employment Law and local regulations
• Assist to manage the office administration system to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness
• Prepare internal memo, announcement and business correspondences independently
• Assist to prepare various management reports
• Handle company function and ad hoc assignments
• PREFER IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE

Job Requirements:

• F7 or above, Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline 
• Min 3 - 5 years' relevant HR working experience 
• Familiar with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must
• Knowledge of China Labor Law and experience in manage PRC office is an advantage
• Strong working knowledge of PRC payroll is an advantage
• Mature, independent, flexible, proactive, willing to work under pressure
• Occasional travel to China
