We are looking for new employees to fill the key roles in our new Spanish restaurant in Whampoa!
Bar Manager / Bartender (Part Time or Full Time): 全職及兼職調酒師
Job Description and Responsibilities 職責:
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good company image
提供優質的顧客服務及維持商店良好品牌形象
- preparation of cocktails & other quality alcoholic beverages
沖調雞尾酒及其他酒精類飲品
- Design innovative cocktail menu and assist brewing our own craft beer
協助研發雞尾酒餐牌及開發自家品牌手工啤酒
Requirements 入職要求:
- 2 to 3 years related bar tending experience, preferably with pre-opening experiences
2至3年調酒經驗,具有新餐廳開業經驗者優先
- Creative, Passionate about cocktails and experience in preparation of alcoholic beverages
有創意,對酒類及沖調飲品有熱誠,具備雞尾酒沖調知識
- Preferably with knowledge in Hong Kong Craft beers
具本地手工啤酒基本智識及經驗
- Good communication skills to internal and external customers
優秀的人際關係溝通技巧,主動與客戶和員工互動
