• Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' solid experience in hotel Reservations
• Familiar with Opera and / or hotel property management system (PMS) is preferred
• Attention to details, customers and business oriented
• Strong leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
