Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide 7x24 technical support on IT systems including Windows and Linux
• Monitor systems to ensure infrastructure stability
• Participate in vendor, incident, problem and change management
• Provide technical helpdesk support for internal parties
• Work closely with business teams, technical teams and vendors for problem solving
Job Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 2+ years experience in IT support and system admins
• Experience in Windows and Linux Servers
• Knowledge of IBM WebSphere is an advantage
• Experience in VMware and or HyperhV
• Good written and verbal command of English
• A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered
