Reporting to Vice President, Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing new accounts in Hong Kong, in order to deliver revenue target.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Submit accurate weekly pipeline and funnel reports
2. Establish and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact with customers
3. Interact with other departments (Technical, Operations, Finance and Products) to ensure meeting of customers’ expectation and delivery
4. Create sales proposal and presentation for customers

Knowledge and Experiences:

1. At least 2 Years in Information Technology / Information Security Industry
2. At least 2 Years of experiences in managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients
3. Comfortable in conducting presentation
4. Ability to effectively manage customer relationships, promptly respond to queries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectation
5. Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
6. Must be able to quickly understand the client’s needs
7. Good communication and presentation skills
8. Strong listening and questioning skills
9. Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology (Perferred)
10. Experience in handling Government Accounts
