The Role

The Quality Management Director will lead the quality control of full line of electronic products of the group.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality of electronic products matches customers’ requirements in an effective manner
• Establish quality standard, control process and documentations
• Manage timelines to ensure projects are on track and on budget
• Understand product lifecycle and trends in detail
• Perform analysis and evaluation of options, alternatives of product development paths
• Resolve open issues with new products, working cross functionally with business and supply partners
• Understand trends in the industry
• Provide relevant insights for the business
• This role is full time working in PRC

Qualifications:

• 8+ years experience in quality control in electronic product area, project management and communications
• Solid background in electronics products and software development in IoT area is a plus
• Proven track record in managing quality control procedures and staff
• Certificate(s) of quality control is preferable
• Strong cross functional leadership: ability to engage teams and external partners to generate expected results
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Experience in working with globally dispersed teams
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
