A new business venture in high-end online luxury clothing (www.couturissimo.com) is now inviting high caliber candidates to join our team for the expansion in Asia Pacific region.

This candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital / online marketing strategies to enhance the exposure of the brand and drive revenue and growth of customers.  In addition, he/she will also develop and execute digital marketing strategies across any other new emerging channels. He/she will be actively involved in enhancing customer interaction on company’s unique products and services while building customer relationship and loyalty.

 Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of designers and marketers, formulate, execute and monitor all digital and social media strategies and campaigns to promote the brand and the online sales platform in Asia Pacific region.
• Identify critical success factors for both online and offline digital executions with consistently testing, and measuring all direct and digital campaigns
• Leverage existing internal relationships to drive connection with established vendors and build external relationships with new vendors, associations, bloggers, editors, etc.
• Evaluate all digital channels, campaigns and device effectiveness against marketing spend and cost
• Manage product listings and product feeds, develop the content plans, execute and manage all online platforms to ensure the listing and marketing accuracy
• Liaising closely with the Creative team to develop digital and social media assets for all channels use
• Work closely with Tech team to ensure that all platforms and systems are running smoothly and flawlessly
• Update and enhance the website / mobile apps of online shop
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, CMS, Social Media and Email marketing
• Provide analytic reports of online sales performance
• Support all marketing initiatives and perform any other duties as assigned

 Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communication or business management.
• Min. 4-6 years experience in digital/online, social media and mobile marketing preferred.
• With relevant experience in using Google Analytics, Omniture, CoreMetrics or other web analytic tools preferred
• Proficient with MS Office
• Highly motivated, results-oriented in tracking progress and performance against department and company’s priorities.
• Creative and seek continuous improvement on self and work processes to increase quality and productivity.
• Detail-oriented with strong quantitative capabilities and research skills
• Meticulous, diligent, well organized with good time management.
• Self-directed with strong leadership skills
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good communication skills and strong analytical and interpretation skills required
