Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement promotions to drive volume growth and to meet business and marketing objectives
• Maintain good relationship with key accounts
• Conduct regular sales and promotion performance evaluation.
• Negotiate trading terms with customers.
• Achieve company assigned sales and profit target
• Work closely with logistics / supply chain team to ensure smooth product supply to customers

  Requirements:

• University graduate
• Over 5 years’ solid experience in key account management particularly on supermarkets, convenience stores and drug store chains. Profound FMCG experience is a must, preferably in personal care sector
• Sales-oriented with good persistence to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills
• Independent, energetic and proactive
• Proficient in using Excel / Word / PowerPoint
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager
