Responsibilities:

• Answering Customer enquiries regading  TT, In/Out remittance transactions
  
• Hand on experience on remittance or swift prefer 
• Familiar with Electronic Payment transfer, Electronic clearing
• General settlement knowledge
• Reports preparing and reviewing

Requirements:

• F. 5 graduate or above
• with 1-3 years' experience in teller or customer service in the banking industry
• Most prefer with fund transfer and checks experience
• Hands on experience in MS Word,  Excel and Outlook
• Exposure in computerised banking facilities.
• Good team player and willing to learn
• Good English and communication skills
• Willing to work on evening or night shift
