Responsibilities:

• Lead and work with distributors to develop local general trade business.
• Explore and expand new distribution channels opportunities in local pharmacies/ drug stores.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales target.
• Ensure trade programs are well executed to achieve business objectives

  Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years general trade sales experience in FMCG industry, preferably gained in household, pharmaceutical and consumer care segments.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, able to collaborate with people across different business units and levels.
• Good persistence to work under pressure;
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Independent, energetic and proactive
• Proficient in using Excel / Word / PowerPoint
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Deputy Head of General Trade
