Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience preferably gained from jewelry industry
- Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Highly Organized, Detail-Minded & Self-Motivated
- Strong analytical, communication & problem solving skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily operations of HK & Macau stores, includes but not limited to staff uniform order, vendor sourcing & regrouping, roster, office supplies & stock management
- Coordinate & supervise regular stock takes. To ensure stock level and assortment to match with forecast sales figures and inventory requirements for each store.
- Working with Marketing, VM & Project team to plan & execute store events, renovation schedule & new store openings
- Standardize, update store operations manual & SOP.
- Communicate change of policy, pricing & share best practices among stores.
- Assist in budget control and planning
- Collect, integrate & analyze sales data for management review
