Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities,
Provide full spectrum of office administration duties
Perform reception duties
Coordinate with internal departments & external vendors
Monitor office supplies and telecommunication / IT equipment
Assist in ad-hoc projects
Requirements,
Diploma/Higher Diploma holders
Minimum 2-3 year relevant experience, preferably in professional industry
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
Good communication, negotiation and organizational skills
Able to work independently
Immediate availability is preferred
Location: Central
