Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities,

Ÿ   Provide full spectrum of office administration duties

Ÿ   Perform reception duties

Ÿ   Coordinate with internal departments & external vendors

Ÿ   Monitor office supplies and telecommunication / IT equipment

Ÿ   Assist in ad-hoc projects

 

Requirements,

Ÿ   Diploma/Higher Diploma holders

Ÿ   Minimum 2-3 year relevant experience, preferably in professional industry

Ÿ   Proficiency in MS Office applications

Ÿ   Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese

Ÿ   Good communication, negotiation and organizational skills

Ÿ   Able to work independently

Ÿ   Immediate availability is preferred

 

Location: Central
