Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting data entry
• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and payment process
• Assist in month end closing
• Provide reports to Management team for periodic review
• Handle ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder or Higher Diploma
• Working experience in trading company or buying office is preferred, with ERP system experience will be an advantage
• Good speaking and written communication in English and Chinese.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and good team player
• Excellent PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Immediate available is preferred.
