The framework of position is governed by regulations of Hong Kong and other locations where listed companies in Hong Kong registered.   Incumbent should have a fair knowledge of Corporate Governance needs of listed companies, the work of the board secretary and compliance obligations in Hong Kong.  Incumbent has potential to become a member of Senior Management Team.

Criteria of successful candidate:

• Tertiary degree in law, corporate governance, finance or general management;
• Corporate secretary qualification and experiences would be a preference but not a requirement;
• Must possess proven track record to deliver results through team members;
• Over 15 years of working experience with at least 10 in related areas and 5 in leadership position;
• Proven track record in managing a sizeable team in line with company’s vision and objective;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, build rapport and gain trust with clients and internal partners;
• Strong self discipline and learning ability;
• Be able to create and lead changes and deliver results;
• Near native Mandarin and English skills.
