Main Duties

• Responsible for office administration and clerical supports to the Quality Assurance Department
• Liaise with customer airlines for all required approval and authorization issues
• Prepare all necessary permits, transportation and accommodation for external auditors from aviation authorities or airlines during quality audits
• Prepare all required documents for the running of quality systems
• Maintain an effective filing system and the data in the T&Q system is up to date
• Edit and publish company expositions or manuals under respective aviation requirements / regulations
• Plan and liaise with operational departments, airline representatives and CAD responsible surveyor to attend quality meetings and quarterly review forum in accordance with the Quality Monitoring Program
• Plan and preparemaintenance authorization applications to air carriers include assessment on trainings and qualification of maintenance staff in accordance with the specific need of the air carrier
• Monitor the expiry of approval / authorization that granted by aviation authorities / air carriers and provide alert on recurrent training to relevant sections/departments in order to maintain the continuity
• Monitor the expiry of personal license / company authorization / eye sight test and issue alert to the staff and related departments for renewal
  
  
  

Requirements

• Post-secondary education
• Minimum 3 years working experience, experience in aviation industry is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• PC literate with MS Office, Acrobat editing and Chinese applications
