Key Responsibilities:

• Provide marketing campaign tracking/ evaluation reports and fulfillment results to enhance effectiveness
• Conduct data mining/analysis so as to identify business opportunities and support business strategy/programs
• Provide regular reports to support business functions, special projects and ad-hoc management requests
• Lead the design and implementation of report automation for recurring data analysis & digital automation program
• Act as a liaison between business users and development team, fostering a partnership relationship with the business community and effectively managing customer expectation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business discipline
• Minimum 6 years’ work experience of which at least 3 years in market intelligence / CRM in banking /finance business 
• Solid experience in business analysis, data analytics and data management by using Excel / Access.  Programming skills in VBA, SQL would be an advantage.
• Solid project management experience
• Proven success and track record at advancing initiatives across organizational boundaries
