Responsibilities:

• Manage daily settlement functions for securities, futures and options 
• Monitor and handle SI settlement, fail trade matters, unmatched reports, amendment/ non-receipt of trade confirmations with brokers or related parties independently
• Handle operations of CCASS and DCASS
• Maintain and ensure smooth and efficient operation of settlement systems (i.e. iAsia back office system and Sharp Point system)
• Participate in user acceptance tests (UAT) for new products and systems
• Perform full operationsupport for various business units and maintain smooth and efficient operation controls
• Ensure strict compliance with the regulations governed by the local/overseas authorities
• Liaise with regulatory bodies e.g. SFC, HKEX whenever required
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

• Immediate Available is highly preferred
• Diploma/ Associate Degree / Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years of settlement experience in a brokerage industry
• Hands-on experience in the operation of CCASS, DCASS and Settlement systems especially iAsia back office system and Sharp Point system is preferred
• Good understanding of front-to-back trade process flow, settlement cycle, and front-to-back system
• Detail-minded, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Proficient knowledge of regulatory requirements and SFO
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and mandarin
