Responsibilities:

• Follow up loans repayment with delinquent customers by telephone dunning and written communications
• Liaise with customers to follow up overdue and delinquent accounts 
• Monitor loans account and carry out appropriate actions for delinquent or problematic accounts
• Provide administrative support and assist in any ad-hoc task assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience in consumer loans collection
• Good telephone manner, mature and able to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• May be required to work outdoor
