Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To carry out daily operations of a residential building including concierge service, monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, etc.
  • To handle general enquires and complaints, support building activities
  • Perform general administration duties including preparation of correspondence, reports, circulars and handling of payments
  • Arrange general procurement and co-ordination of contractors for routine maintenance work

 

Requirements

  • F.5 or above with 1 year relevant experience, experience in prestigious large residential complexes is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Cheerful, initiative, service-oriented and able to communicate with people of different cultural background
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Work independently and under pressure
  • Fresh graduate will also be considerate
  • Shift duties with 9 working hours is required
  • Immediate available is an advantage
