Job Description
Responsibilities
-
To carry out daily operations of a residential building including concierge service, monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, etc.

To handle general enquires and complaints, support building activities
-
Perform general administration duties including preparation of correspondence, reports, circulars and handling of payments

Arrange general procurement and co-ordination of contractors for routine maintenance work
Requirements
- F.5 or above with 1 year relevant experience, experience in prestigious large residential complexes is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Cheerful, initiative, service-oriented and able to communicate with people of different cultural background
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Work independently and under pressure
- Fresh graduate will also be considerate
- Shift duties with 9 working hours is required
- Immediate available is an advantage
