Responsibilities

¨  Handle enquiries and investigation of regulators and law enforcement agencies

¨  Provide compliance advice on current and new business

¨  Draft and review internal policies and procedures

¨  Liaise with external lawyers

¨  Conduct compliance reviews and checking

¨  Prepare internal reports  

¨  Perform ad-hoc compliance projects

Requirements

¨  University degree in Law, Finance, Business, Economics or other related discipline

¨  Minimum 5 years experience in legal or compliance, preferably in bank/financial institutions

¨  Well versed with SFO, Banking Ordinance and related regulatory requirements

¨  Detailed-minded with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills

¨  Proficient in MS office applications

¨  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin)
