Digital IT Programme/Project Manager – Banking – Hong Kong

A leading global bank seeks Digital IT Programme/Project Managers to participate in their large scale implementation/enhancement projects.

Responsibilities:

Digital IT Programme Manager

• You will supervise the planning, design, development, enhancement and maintenance of business systems, business product verticals, technology projects and functions.
• You will act in a leadership capacity, setting and driving the agenda for specific product vertical
• You will recommend and administer policies, procedures and standards within assigned area.
• You will communicate to all levels of the organization and provide progress reports/compliance/compliance & risk information to the business.

Digital IT Project Manager

• You will lead project planning and control for the cross-functional delivery team
• You will track progress against plan and report regularly on project status
• You will contribute to the development and delivery of product road maps
• You will manage finances

Requirement:

Digital IT Programme Manager

• Strong experience of delivering complex global IT programmes and projects
• Strong project experience around digital technology
• Ability to manage costs, set achievable timelines and build strong relationships across stakeholder groups
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Digital IT Project Manager

• 5+ years’ project management experience in EITHER digital technology within banking/non-banking industry, OR payment & cash management systems within corporate banking/corporate wealth management environment
• Strong technical background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
