Responsibilities

Vendor and Factory Registration Coordination

• Executes the owned brand vendor and factory registration process.  This includes analyzing documents for accuracy and meeting level of service guidelines.
• Reviews documents for accuracy and requests additional documentation or information for the vendor/factory as necessary; resolves registration issues with vendors within LOS guidelines.
• Educates and trains vendors on Social Compliance program.

Analysis / Audit Forecast

• Analyzes factory audit results and identifies areas of improvement based on standard operating procedures.
• Communicates audit results and required remediation to vendors within the level of service guidelines.
• Reviews, provides feedback, and holds vendors accountable to factory Corrective Action Plans.
• Communicates vendor performance levels to both internal and external partners.
• Provides relevant information to support vendor meetings, business partner conference calls, and general Social Compliance education sessions.

Requirements:

• 5 years’ relevant experience with factory registration
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Significant analytic aptitude, ability to analyze data and formulate effective strategies and tactics to achieve company objectives
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
