Responsibilities:

The incumbent assists the superior in driving a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programme, implementing marketing projects to enhance customers' shopping experience, and overseeing O2O marketing activities across multiple platforms. She/he will be responsible to:

• Develop and maintain database of customer relationship programme;
• Responsible for data mining and analysis;
• Work closely with internal IT, Retail Operations departments and collaborate with external vendors;
• Prepare analytical reports on a regular / ad-hoc basis;
• Handle the enquiry hotline, as and when required;
• Assist in planning and implementing all integrated marketing communications related activities, such as visual merchandising work;
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior.  

Requirements:

•  Degree holder in Business Administration or Marketing or Psychology;
•  Minimum 3 years relevant experience in CRM or loyalty programme, preferably in retail industry.
• Professional, detail-minded, enthusiastic and able to work independently.
• Hands-on experience in managing CRM software and data-mining.
• Strong analytical mind, good with numbers and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese WP, AI and Photoshop.
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Assistant CRM Manager.
