GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

Be part of the growth of Aesthetic portfolio (Toxin, Filler and medical device portfolio (Ultherapy)). This position will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in marketing activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Responsibilities:

o   Works closely with the marketing team to assist with the co-ordination, implementation and delivery of marketing campaign elements including creative, media and print.

o   Writes and proof-read Hong Kong local marketing materials.

o   Assist in creation of local in-clinic video and patient brochure in Chinese wording.

o   Communicate and collect latest information from clients for marketing campaign.

o   Consolidates marketing information in accordance to guidelines.

o   Prepares regular reports to keep track of the business performance.

o   Manage and explore social media channels.

o   Provide clerical support and participate in ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

o   Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

o   Good communication skills, be confident with positive work attitude

o   Self-motivated to work independently, and also with a team;

o   Attention to detail with strong capabilities in terms of multi-task and meeting deadlines
