We are a world-class cosmetics development and manufacturing specialist; with office in France and Hong Kong. Our team design and develop quality and one of a kind products in skincare, hair care and beyond. This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for:

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Edit Brand stories/ Marketing with clients’ goals and needs in mind
• Work closely with designers & marketing team
• Develop ideas for infographics and other visual stories
• Prepare articles for print publications from editing to reviewing proofs
• Optimize content for the web in collaboration with production & marketing team
• Fact check all content and collaborate to ensure quality
• Manage multiple rounds of stakeholder review
• Track all time spent on projects

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of writing, editing and content management
• Work at beauty editor before is an advantage
• Exceptional verbal and written communication in both Chinese & English
• Knowledge of print and digital publishing workflow
• Able to multi-tasking, a variety of projects at the same time
• Experience working with clients
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, journalism, or a related field
