• Responsible for the overall management and operation of assigned residential portfolio.
• Form 6 or higher graduation with 3 years property management experience
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Mature and willing to learn; self-initiative and outgoing
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Experience in participating in major renovation projects of properties preferable
• Immediate available is preferable
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Property Officer
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
