Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing proactive support to sales team on sales and marketing events
• Assist in following up sales order and purchase order, handling documents including invoices and sales related documents
• General support on clerical & administrative duties including inventory control
• Coordinate both internal and external parties for delivery of goods and logistics
• Communicate with customers concerning general enquires and orders’ follow up
• Support corporate marketing events and activities
• Provide administrative support to Senior Management
• Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Form 5 or above with at least 2 years working experience preferable in sales administration functions
• Experience in healthcare industry would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, well-organised and presentable
• Customer-oriented with strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• Willing to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedule deadline
• Good command in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in PC knowledge such as Excel Spreadsheets and Chinese/English Word Processing
