Job description:

1. Take care of the daily activities (e.g. recruitment, performance appraisal, compensation) of the human resources functions in each of the office in Asia, namely Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Toyko, Yogyakarta (Indonesia).
2. Formulate and implement,with each of the office, the human resources strategies/policy and procedures (e.g. staff claims). Provide advice and suggestions to senior management on any improvement in those aspects.
3. Set up key performance indicators (KPI) for each staff/job type and put into place effective monitoring system to track performance against those KPI set. Propose relevant compensation scheme for these KPI performance of the staff.
4. Have an overall view on the whole group's key human resources policy and procedures and ensure each office adherence to them.

Job Requirements:

1. University graduate in business or human resources management related discipline
2. 10 years or above working experience, out of which, at least 3 years are in human resources managerial level.
3. Possess a strategic mind and can attend to details
4. With good interpersonal relationship skills and positive working attitude
5. Good spoken and written English and Chinese (include Mandarin).
6. Must be able to travel (mainly within Asia & the job incumbent is based in Hong Kong.
