Job Description
Responsibilities
- Help to issue and follow up invoices on time
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of monthly billing
- Provide customer services in a professional and timely manner using eMail, Phone, WhatsApp and etc
- Handle company’s hotlines
- Provide daily operational support to sales team, e.g. follow up sales orders, documents handling and etc.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirement
- Preferably degree holder in any disciplines
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Familiar with CRM, ticketing system or etc.
- Good command of written & spoken in English and Chinese is a must
- Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized, process oriented and customer oriented
- Immediately available highly preferred.
