Job Duties

• F.5 or above with good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Report to Customer Service Manager
• Handle requests/inquiries/complaints from customers
• Processes sales orders and returns and coordinates with other departments through to completion
• Upon delivery of goods, verifies customer satisfaction and resolves any concerns
• Courteous manner on phone conversations
• Documents filing
• Reception duties
