Requirements:

• MSc Business Economics or equivalent
• Knowledge or experience in estimating, scheduling, warehouse management, expedition, invoicing, production
• Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) & English
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), SQL Server query language (interesting, not a must)
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Commercial flair Financial awareness
• Didactical skills to train people ‘on the job’ or in classrooms in using software
• Willing to travel (to Europe for education, within the ‘region’ for implementations)
• Having a working experience in a production company is an advantage

 Responsibilities:

• Advise customers how to use the software and improve their overall workflow and how to manipulate the software.
• Answer customers questions that come in at the helpdesk
• Give remote, onsite and public demo’s and presentations about the software
• Assist sales people with their technical questions
• Learn as a ‘junior’ consultant in a project managed by a senior consultant and educate new junior consultants
• Manage projects and tasks of junior consultants
• Translate the software/ marketing material
• Discuss specific needs for the local market with the Belgian development team
