Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all activities adhere to the requirements of various legal & regulatory bodies & our internal compliance standards
• Supervise all internal compliance activities
• Analyze and assess impact of new laws, regulations and new products
• Identify and monitor regulatory, compliance and related risks and work our resolutions to contain the risks

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting, finance, legal or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in financial institutions
• Familiar with the Hong Kong Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
• Mature, independent, Organized, attentive to details, able to manage multi-tasks
• Able to work under pressure towards tight deadlines
