Our client is a plumbing contractor, which has been the nominated sub-contractor of listed companies for 30 years. Due to the company expansion, we are looking for

Assistant / Engineer / Senior Engineer (Plumbing and Drainage) (New build / Renovation) ($12-25k x 13 months)

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of quotation and drawings,
• Monitoring the site work
• Preparation of different type of document
• Project coordination between different parties, e.g. client, supporting staff, site worker
• Assist in tendering
• Job detail depend on the candidate's experience

Job Requirements:

• Higher/ Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical or Plumbing and Drainage is an advantage but not a must
• 1-6 years’ experience in this field, while experience in plumbing and drainage project (new build or Renovation) is an advantage but not a must
• More experience candidates will offer as Senior Engineer, while less experience candidates will offer as Assistant Engineer
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and CAD
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
