• Diploma or above in Business Operations or related disciplines
• With 1-2 Years relevant experience
• Good communication skills and team work spirit
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications with Chinese word processing e.g. WORD, EXCEL, Power-point
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities :

• Verify and enter sales orders into systems
• Follow up sales orders with internal departments
• Follow up AR collections and reporting
• Prepare Customers Statements & Receipts and post to Customers
• Handle daily filing and maintain an up-to-date customer database
• Perform in other ad-hoc assigments
