• Job Specifications                   

  • • Assist MD to manage the meeting schedules and concerned follow-up tasks.
    • Help MD in handling projects and business activities.
    • Indepedently handle correspondences, organization meeting and take minutes
    • Complete given assignments independently and professionally within a tight schedule.
    • Assist management to develop and implement systems to improve operation efficiency and productivity.
    • Liaise with internal & external parties on business as well as personal matters proactively & independently.
    • Handling corporate finance assignments, legal case etc.
    • Perform the administration duties
    • Coordinating with professional parties, and regulatory authorities

  Job Requirements

  • University graduate in BBA or related subjects
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in sizable and multinational organizations
  • Proficient in communication of spoken English and Putonghua
  • Well-versed in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Well-organized, ambitious with good presentation and interpersonal
