The Requirements are :

• Responsible for reception duty and provide office administrative support to the department
• Greeting guests, handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls
• Handling incoming/outgoing mails and arranging courier services
• Assisting in general office administrative duties such as coordination of company event/activities, etc.
• Serving beverage to guests occassionally when amah is on leave
• Providing other clerical and adminstration support duties as assigned by superior
• At least 4 - 5 years' receptionist experience preferrably in financial institution
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, able to speak Mandarin
• Indpendent, mature, initiative, detail-minded with positive working attitude
• Familar with using MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinses Word Processing
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
