Responsibilities:

• Assist in all-rounded administration matters under Clinic Chain Management Department
• Support daily operation of clinics
• Provide emergency supports to clinics when needed
• Assist to follow-up with clients for daily health schemes operation & medical claims handling.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant administration or operation experience
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Good knowledge of PC operation, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Part time will also be considered
