Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create user instructions in German and English language complying with applicable product standards and laws
- Check and review of artwork in German and English language based on applicable product standards and laws
- Prepare and check of translations
- Inspect product samples / take sample pictures
- Liaise with engineers, experts and project coordinators to communicate artwork related topics
- Project management and coordination
- Increase efficiency (find / report issues, suggest workflow improvements)
- Assist management drafting statements for complaint and claim handling
Requirements:
- Degree or above , preferably in Engineering, IT or business related subjects
- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
- German / French speaker with excellent command of English
- Good team player, proactive and goal oriented
- Excellent writing skills and strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
- Basic Microsoft Windows and MAC OS
