Responsibilities:

• Provide in-house and off-site technical support for corporate IT infrastructure
• Diagnose and troubleshoot the problems in network system, software and hardware
• Installation, administration, maintenance network, servers, PC, POS, Mac
• System rollout, upgrade, migration, optimization and control
• Work with external vendors on system implementation
• Assist in ad hoc projects when required

Requirements:

• Higher diploma/ degree in IT-related disciplines
• At least 3-4 years’ solid experience in IT support
• Hands-on experience in MS Windows Server, Router, Active Directory and mobile device support; Mac OS is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage
• Independent, self motivated, well organized 
• Strong problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
