Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of business support to top management
• Assist to monitor business and operational progress for various business units (BUs) and perform periodic financial analysis for different BUs
• Work closely with top management to monitor business, operational progress and process review
• Perform periodic business and financial analysis

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably with CPA qualifications
• 8 years or above relevant experience in loan finance / securities industry
• Hands on experience in business controlling and evaluation, review and recommendation in processes
• Ability to evaluate business performance by appropriate financial modeling
• Initiative, attentive to details, able to work under pressure and strong executive level presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written Chinese and English, fluent Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager, Business Analysis & Control
