Responsibilities:

Working closely with local Clinical / Finance / Sales / Technical / Delivery & Warehouse Team, you will handle customer enquiry, order processing, arrange delivery, assist the team head in achieving the service level of Customer Services Team, and engage in ad-hoc assignments when required.

Working location: Tai Wai

Qualification:

• High school graduate or IVE graduate;
• 1-2 years' customer service experience;
• Mature, self-motivated, patient, energetic and able to work independently;
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, detail-minded;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus;
• Hands on experience in MS-Office;
• Immediate available preferable
