Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction service standards
• Monitor daily operation and brand display of retail shop
• Analyze competitor activities and provide effective recommendations to improve sales revenue
• Develop customer base and retain loyal customers
• Ensure a healthy stock level, manage inventory and replenishment
• Provide ongoing product and service training to staff

Requirements:

• Tertiary or above education level
• At least 6 years of retail experience with over 2 years of solid management experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods or premium fashion
• Experience / knowledge in visual merchandising are preferable.
• With leader charisma and good communication skill
• Good planning, analytic and problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Chinese and Mandarin
