Job description

Responsible for handling and coordinating shipment documentation.

Task and responsibility

1.       Handle daily air export operations
2.       Handle airline bookings and procedures
3.       Co-ordinate shipment with concerned parties
4.       Prepare full set of export documents

Skills and experience

1.       Form 5 or above
2.       With working experience in airfreight industry is required
3.       Computer knowledge and good typing skills
4.       Basic command of both written and spoken English
5.       Excellent team spirit
6.       Willing to work under pressure
7.       Will to perform shift duty (Day / Overnight) and work on public holidays

Job description

Responsible for Air Import operation and Cross-border truck arrangement.

Task and responsibility

1. Handle full set of air import document and operation
2. Coordinate airlines, terminal, sub-contractor and customer for cargo arrangement
3. Handle cross-border truck arrangement and do the export & import declaration process.
4. Perform data-input for customer’s inventory
