Our client is a global MNC and Hong Kong's premier telecommunications service provider, they are now looking for a Assistant Network Operation Engineer (MNC/Telecommunications/Fresh Graduate Opportunities) for their business operations. Our client supports a portfolio of integrated global communications solutions and expanding “as-a-service” solutions including OTT video and Unified Communications. 

Job Description

• Sustain network operation by conducting circuit acceptance test for both international and local leased circuits; 
• Contributing with engineering client services, reports and enquirers promptly;
• Follow up with identification on private network problem in coordinate with internal and external parties for maintaining integrated and uninterrupted service;
• Maintain sufficient testing and diagnostic works for fault isolation on IPLC, IEPL, Managed Data Service, IPVPN, Global Internet Service and Customized Network Solution;
• Contribute in monitor service reports and to carry out first line maintenance on equipment and system / network;
• Participate in rotating roaster front-line duties on customer service reports, perform fault isolation and diagnostic function.

Requirement: 

• University graduate in Engineering, Computing & Information Technology or equivalent discipline OR Diploma holders in Telecommunication OR candidates with 2-3 years relevant working experience in telecommunication;
• Fresh graduate with a willingness to learn attitude will be considered;
• Working experience in Global Network Operational Center and data networks will be an advantages;
• Participate in rotating roaster is essential;
• Self-motivated, team player, be able to work under pressure and in a fast pace working environment;
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese is essential.
