Our client is one of the leading manufacturing group of companies in research/development and manufacturing of mechanical parts, plastic casing & component for home appliance, personal care, & Automotive products. 

Principal Job Duties:  

• Lead the team and be the key focal point from supply chain for NPI and work closely with program and engineer lead for new product launch
• Set forth strategies to develop and maintain an related extensive supplier network in the country, in the region and across regions
• Present to customer supply chain solution if needed.
• Co work with AQE, AME and NPI team for supply selection and qualification strategies
• Able to communicate thoroughly project schedule and articular critical deadline and able to drive internal team to meet time line and target cost
• Flexibility and good experience in procurement processes and KPI
• Enable visibility and process of ASL to appropriate parties in particular NPI  

Qualification / Requirements: 

• Graduate in supply chain or certificate in procurement or PMI or Blackbelt
• Min 10 years relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge to supplier base and market trend in China, Asia Pacific and global
• Solid Track record in performance attainment
• Very good negotiation and influencing skill
• High ethical and integrity standard.  Strong compliance discipline
• Solid executor, change agent and able to influence for cross team support
• Excellent English communication
• Work location in China Shenzhen.
