Assistant Client Service officers/ Client Service Officers - Relocation

Job Responsibilities

• To provide support to expatriate clients and families relocating to Hong Kong
• To research and advise on schooling, residential area, daily living matters, etc for  clients
• To introduce local culture, etiquettes and local expatriate communities to clients
• To assist in work permit application for clients and their families by liaising with clients, clients’ Human Resources representative and Immigration officers
• To handle client enquiries on relocation and Visa & Immigration services

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above with at least 3 years of work experience in customer service field
• Mature, outgoing, independent and ability to work as a team
• Responsible, well-organized, self initiated, well-groomed and service oriented
• Previous experience relocation/customer service/HR related position preferred
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with good telephone manner
• Good understanding of Western culture and overseas living would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Internet and PC applications

Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant Client Service officer
